Purpose: To support the children of deceased U.S. military personnel.
Eligibility: Applicants must be the children or adopted child of a parent who was in the U.S. military and died in active duty on or after September 11, 2001. Students must be high school seniors or high school graduates pursuing or planning to pursue undergraduate study in the U.S.
Target applicants: High school students, College students, Adult students
