Purpose: To give active duty Air Force personnel the opportunity to earn their commissions while completing their bachelor's degrees.
Eligibility: Applicants must be active-duty Air Force personnel who are U.S. citizens under the age of 31, with the exception of nurses who must be under the age of 47. They must also meet all testing and waiver requirements and be recommended by their commanding officer. Students must also have a minimum college GPA of 2.5 or a minimum ACT score of 24 or minimum SAT reading comprehension and math score of 1100.

Amount: Up to $ 18,000 plus textbook allowance and stipend.
