Purpose: To provide education assistance for graduating JROTC cadets.
Eligibility: Applicants must be high school seniors with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or documented extenuating circumstances. They must be U.S. citizens and children or grandchildren of U.S. veterans. They must show academic potential and financial need.
